Bar None is a wine bar that puts North America’s next generation of wines at the center of the table. From the Valle de Guadalupe to the Oregon Coast, the list celebrates the growers and makers rewriting where great wine can come from — proof that our own soil and stories stand shoulder to shoulder with the Old World. Spirits and cocktails follow the same lead, rooted in place and tradition, honoring craft that long predates our borders.

The food is as unpretentious as it gets: white bread sandwiches, a love letter to every road trip cooler across America, reimagined with trims and treasures from Nonesuch next door. Shelves lined with pickles, kimchis, and preserves nod to Oklahoma’s preservation traditions while showing off the team’s ever-curious fermentation projects. Equal parts familiar and forward-looking, Bar None is a reminder that the best stories — and the best wines — are written on the road between places.
